Waterex Projects

As a goods manufacturer, Waterex supplies replacement parts for our complete product range. Offering genuine and high quality spare parts, Waterex helps to maximise availability and production of any item of equipment.

Waterex provides standard and custom replacement media for filters supplied  by Waterex and others.  Additionally, Waterex supplies specialised media for Pin Bed clarifiers. Other consumables supplied by Waterex include cooling tower internals, lamella and cartridge filters.   

Waterex fabricates any part for our equipment that is not a stocked item. This extends to parts that may need to be redesigned due to changing requirements or circumstances.

Waterex Partners

Through partnerships with key companies, Waterex offers a range of spare parts. As a distributor of clarifier and thickener rake drives from DBS Manufacturing , Waterex supplies spare parts for these units. As a supplier of Aquafine products in Asia-Pacific region, Waterex distributes ultraviolet (UV) spare part components including lamps, ballasts and quartz sleeves. 

Through our partnership arrangement with Latham International, Waterex supplies spares for filter presses. Spares parts available include:

• Replacement filter plates (filter trays)
• Filter cloths tailored to suit any filter press
• Wide cloth range available (natural and synthetic)
• Filter Belts available to suit multiple applications

Equipment Supplied by Others

Waterex has the experience to offer parts for units supplied by other manufacturers. Due to our extensive product range, Waterex has experience obtaining spare parts from a wide range of local and global sources. Additionally, Waterex retrofits and upgrades equipment and plants supplied many other vendors and consequently is widely experience in fabricating custom parts to meet the end use.
